I stayed in a Junior Suite and loved the spacious vibe! The bathroom felt ultra-modern, and the private balcony was a nice touch. Just wish the soundproofing was better since we heard neighbors too clearly. A comfy spot close to everything!

Conveniently located near Kyoto Station and bus stops.

The check-in process was chaotic. We struggled with incorrect lockbox information and a stubborn night porter. WiFi was unreliable, with no response to our concerns until the next day. Our room wasn’t as clean as expected, with some corners left untouched.

I loved the Junior Suite for its excellent size-it felt more like an apartment than a hotel room! The modern bathroom left me in awe, and I could kick back on my own private balcony. Plus, the easy check-in and check-out.

I stayed in the Junior Suite for 2 nights and it was super spacious! The bed was so comfy, made it hard to get up in the morning. Even though we were close to the train station, it was pretty quiet at night. One downside was the noise from the next room. we could hear everything. But overall, a solid stay.
